Giving a Stock Certificate

You may deliver your stock certificate to your broker in order to have a new
certificate issued in the name of Educational Media Foundation, Inc. Our tax
identification number is 94-2816342. This certificate can then be mailed to us
without endorsement.

You may endorse a stock certificate to Educational Media Foundation, by
printing and completing the
Third-Party Release form.

Mutual Funds
Most mutual funds require recipient to have an account with them in order to
receive your shares. Please contact us at 1-800-525-LOVE (1-800-525-5683) so
that we may provide the information needed for your transfer. Ask for Randy

Transfer Shares Electronically
It is extremely important that you contact us at
stock@emfbroadcasting.com when the transfer has been completed, or call
us toll free at 1-800-525-LOVE (1-800-525-5683), ext. 1745.
We will need to know the number of shares, the name of the security, the purpose
of the gift, and your name and address. We need this information to
properly acknowledge your gift because an electronic transfer of shares does
not indicate from whom the shares were given.
Instruct your broker to transfer your shares from your account to Educational
